Special information for patients with no health insurance

This policy applies to patients who are unable to purchase health insurance for reasons listed below, or whose health insurance does not provide mental health or substance abuse treatment benefits.

The patient will need to demonstrate that they are unable to purchase health insurance for financial reasons, un-insurability due to a pre-existing condition, or employment at company that does not offer health insurance benefits to employees (for example, part-time or contract workers).

Other situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY to patients who are otherwise able to purchase health insurance but choose not to.

Our fee for service to patients without health insurance for the above reasons is $50 per session.
